中文摘要：在英语学习中，学习者经常会遇到一个现象，在学习英语的中后期会发现学习效率降低，学习进步速度减慢甚至停滞不前，即学习成绩持续徘徊不前，这种现象在心理学中被称为“高原现象”。很多学习者往往不了解这种现象的规律，经常会急躁和焦虑，在这种情况下所采取的措施往往也是适得其反。本文将以大庆市景园中学的学生为例深入分析初中生出现高原现象的普遍原因，再根据这些原因提出相应的解决策略，从而帮助学生顺利的度过英语学习中的高原现象。
