中文摘要： 多年来，中国的基础教育不断完善，中学英语课程的地位不断提高。英语课程改革的不断深入，为中小学当前的英语教育提供了机遇，也带来了挑战。课堂活动设计是教学实施的重要途径，也是教学设计的重要组成部分。本文基于英语教学设计相关研究，旨在通过对中学课堂活动现状的调查，对目前教学活动中存在的问题进行分析，并据此提出相关性解决举措。本选题的研究尝试运用教学活动教学的相关理论和教学实践，结合目前中学英语教材的特点进行阐述和分析，力求针对所调查的结果和现状，提出适合中学生身心发展有利于提高英语课堂效率的教学活动设计方案，从而丰富教学内容，提高教学效率，优化教学效果。
