摘要：计算机翻译的迅速发展已经使其成为第三次科技革命的重要应用之一,基于实例与基于语料库的机器翻译原理理论也已相对成熟。目前对该技术的开发已不再仅仅局限于科学研究,更趋于大众化、平民化、市场化，人工智能技术的出现更是未来计算机翻译发展的另一助推器。但伴随着智能翻译软件的广泛应用，各种质疑声也随之而来，如人工智能翻译软件能否完全取代人工翻译。本研究将聚焦计算机辅助技术在涉外公证文书翻译中的应用，分析智能翻译软件的利与弊。文章简要介绍了我国涉外公证文书市场，回顾了涉外公证文书翻译研究现状，总结了当前面临的质量低下、效率不高、信息泄露等遏制行业发展的问题，进而指出计算机辅助翻译技术能够较好地解决上述问题，提高稿件质量，加快翻译效率，保护客户隐私。
