教材内容分析

This unit is the second unit in the first volume of Grade 7 Go for it, aiming to make students master how to introduce and identify people to others. The topic in this unit is "family" and the class involves listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. Students' learning activities are carried out in real life scenes. And the singular and plural forms of nouns are important points in this unit. The teaching content provides the real materials for the study, and also reflects the natural combination of grammar items and communicative situation. There are five periods in this unit.

Knowledge objectives：

1．Students can master the vocabulary and instructions of addressing family members.

   Eg: sister, mother, father, brother……

2．Students can master how to introduce and identify people to others.

3．Students can master names including male and female.

Ability objectives：

1．Train students’ ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Emotion objectives：

1.Make students understand the meaning of “family” and we should love our families.

2.Encourage them to be confident in communicating.
