摘要：教学评估是小学英语教学的重要环节。表现性评价是指给学生制造一个教育活动中、课程教学中完整而真实的情境，强调在完成实际任务的过程中来评价学生的发展。本文首先将行为表现评估与传统的评估方式进行比较，简述行为表现评估对学生以及教师的积极影响，并且详细描述了在当今的小学英语课堂教学中，教师应该如何运用行为表现评估，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，从而使学生在英语课程的学习过程中，不断进步与成功，建立自信，提高他们的主体能动性。
