摘要：英语作为世界通用语言，在大学中进行专业英语教学是促进学生全面发展的必要任务，并且中国传统文化的传承在国际交流中有着非常重要的地位。然而目前高校的专业英语教学普遍忽视中国传统文化的融入。本文在分析我国大学英语专业教学中缺失中国传统文化渗透的现状和原因的基础上，论述了大学英语专业教学中加强中国传统文化渗透的重要性，并探讨了一些在大学英语专业教学中渗透中国传统文化的途径和方法。
