摘要：本论文通过从体制化的角度对电影《肖申克的救赎》进行分析。斯蒂芬·金塑造的监狱背景不仅充分展示了体制化的威力，更对现实问题以及人性进行深入的思考，它是社会生活的真实反映。体制化在摧残人身体的同时也将人的精神禁锢其中，甚至摧毁人的一生。影片所传递的主题思想则是反抗体制化，追求解放的精神。反观社会上的大多数人，他们处在体制环境下，或是发觉不到它的存在，或是甘愿被体制化。这篇论文试图使人们意识到自己所处的体制化环境，以及了解如何在体制化的环境中解放自己的精神，实现真正的自由。
